Return & Exchange Policy:
Thank you for choosing HeathPrints.com! We work with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to create unique, custom items made just for you once you place an order. As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was chosen, or if you simply changed your mind after ordering. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality products. Please review our policy details below:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.
• Refunds can be issued as store credit to your account or to your original payment method, whatever you prefer.
• Please note that if the issue affects multiple items with the same design, we may ask for a photo of all affected items together to confirm the defect.
Order Size and Color:
HeathPrints.com cannot offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Unsuccessful Delivery:
In cases of unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, you may request a reprint at an additional cost or opt for a partial refund.
Print Placement Tolerance:
Please be aware that minor print placement variations (up to 0.5") on Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
